| This vessel was surveyed in August 2006. A copy of the survey is available for inspection in our Santa Cruz office and will be supplied free of cost to the buyer. Survey recommendations and additional improvements were completed 9/06 and 10/06. Total cost of improvements exceeds $7,000; records of boat work and receipts are available. - repair of minor blisters at the keel: opened, washed with M.E.K., filled with vinylester, sanded and faired smooth
